In this course, we’ll learn about project management based on the PRINCE2® 6th Edition (latest edition) and will prepare for its Foundation exam. When you’re done with the Foundation level, you can proceed to the Practitioner level to learn more advanced topics in PRINCE2 methodology.
The main purpose of this certification program is to familiarize the candidates with PRINCE2 approach, principles, processes, themes, and terminology. Successful candidates will have a better understanding of the project ecosystem and can contribute more to the success of the project.
