The Customer
The Customer is anyone who is visiting and using this website/webshop.
Contract partner / Sales contract
Without prejudice to the application of any special conditions in a separate written agreement, these general conditions apply to any offer, order confirmation, order form, service agreement, sales agreement or purchase agreement between EVOL VOF , located in 2880 Bornem (Belgium), Hingenesteenweg 123 (VAT BE 0 793 703 191) further referred to as “EVOL” and the Customer.
The present terms and conditions of EVOL apply specifically to services/goods/performance provided by its subdivision ProjectManagementShop. Accordingly, these specific terms and conditions of EVOL refer to ProjectManagementShop rather than EVOL. These specific terms and conditions of ProjectManagementShop shall prevail over any other general terms and conditions of EVOL relating to services not provided by the ProjectManagementShop division.
In the event of contradiction between these general terms and conditions and any separate written agreement, the written agreement shall prevail.
The Customer is deemed to have fully and irrevocably accepted these general terms and conditions by the mere fact of placing an order. Acceptance implies that the Customer completely waives the application of his own general terms and conditions, so that they are not opposable to ProjectManagementShop.
If any provision of these general terms and conditions should be unenforceable or conflict with mandatory law, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these general terms and conditions. In such a case, the disputed provision shall be replaced by an enforceable and legally valid provision that matches as closely as possible the purpose of the original provision.
Description of offered goods and services

ProjectManagementShop explicitly states that it has no control over the contents or other characteristics of these websites and cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for their contents or characteristics or for any other form of damage resulting from their use.
Conclusion of online agreements
An online order implies acceptance by the Customer of the general terms and conditions as they apply at that time.
ProjectManagementShop reserves the right to refuse an order at any time. The mere wish of a Customer to acquire a product does not, therefore, constitute a contract.
An online order is only accepted by ProjectManagementShop if the Customer has clearly identified himself.
If – due to circumstances beyond our control – items cannot be delivered by ProjectManagementShop within 30 calendar days of the order, ProjectManagementShop will notify the Customer by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. In this case, the Customer may choose to cancel the order. ProjectManagementShop will then refund the amount already paid by the user for this item. In this case, the sales contract is automatically cancelled with regard to these articles. ProjectManagementShop cannot be held liable for any damage caused by late or non-delivery.
Proposals and quotations
All price lists, quotations and contract proposals are without obligation, are for information purposes only and are not binding as such.
Quotations and proposals shall always remain valid for 14 (fourteen) days from the date of issue. If no correspondence has been entered into regarding the quotation after 14 (fourteen) days, it shall expire.
